Laguna Components, Inc. was incorporated in 1980, and is a certified minority owned and operated government contractor in electronics components, with our sales office strategically located in Laguna Beach, California. We are committed to service.

Our principals, Shirley Izaguirre and Tony Villanova, have a total of over 50 years experience in general management, sales and sales management, distribution and service in semi-conductors, connectors, relays and general electronics. This experience is strongly oriented toward the Military and Aerospace industries and we are AS9120 ANAB certified.

Our quality system is based on the ISO 9001 and AS 9120 standards. We are compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20, SAE AS 5553, AS6081 and other standards required in our business. It is our explicit policy to prevent the purchase, acceptance, and distribution of fraudulent/counterfeit parts. We work only with original equipment manufacturers, original component manufacturers, franchise distributors, and qualified independent distributors. Parts are mutilated prior to disposal and suspect parts are reported to GIDEP (Government Industry Data Exchange Program). This policy serves as the framework for our quality objectives and is embraced by the partners. This policy is reviewed at least once every two years for suitability.
